Korean Mission

DAVID NAM, pastor

David was born in Pusan, South Korea, where his parents started a church. He studied theology at Korean Baptist Theological Seminary (KBTS) and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Doctor of Ministry degree.

David married his wife, Jandi, while studying at KBTS.  They have two daughters, Irene and Stacy, and a son, Caleb, all born in America.

David has served as pastor of the Korean mission at Immanuel Baptist since 2010. His primary interests are teaching and preaching, but David also likes all sports.

The Korean Mission was planted with support from Immanuel Baptist Church as the mother church.  It serves Korean people in Greenville and nearby areas.
